Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your tenwin account. tenwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. OTP (One-Time Password) verification may be triggered on new device logins as an additional security measure.

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed;
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. tenwin reserves the right to suspend in-play markets without notice;

• Bets placed on events that have already commenced without in-play designation will be voided.

Void and Cancelled Bets

tenwin reserves the right to void any bet — in whole or in part — in the following circumstances: manifest pricing errors; match abandonment or cancellation without a result; events of force majeure; evidence of match fixing or manipulation; or system error affecting odds calculation. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tenwin platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting another person to do so;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the tenwin platform;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from exploits will be voided;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption;
• Using the tenwin platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing tenwin staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the tenwin platform.

tenwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Legal or regulatory obligation to do so;
• Inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms or suspected fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms limits tenwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. tenwin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tenwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
